Con la entrega de los Globos de Oro 2010 concluida, la última entrega de los premios anuales reconocieron a lo mejor en cine y la televisión en vivo desde Beverly Hills la noche del domingo (17 de enero).
"Avatar" levantó el trofeo a mejor película, mientras que Jeff Bridges, Robert Downey Jr, Sandra Bullock y Meryl Streep alcanzaron los premios a mejor actor y actriz.
